This Guide explains the steps for Administrators in order to identify which user released a Quarantined email.

In order to retrieve the details about the released quarantine emails, We recommend the below steps:
1 - Log in to your Client portal and go to path : Dashboard > Reports > Report Requests
2 - Click Request a New report Tab
3 - Under Email detailed report, select : Quarantine (Email Quarantine Release and Delete detailed)
This step should give to Administrators more visibility regarding which email has been released and which user performed the release action. Example from the report output :
