Issue/Introduction

VMware Live Recovery subscription was renewed more than 24 hours ago. However access to deployment was removed.

Environment

VMware Live Cyber Recovery

Cause

Subscription was assigned to incorrect environment. 

Resolution

User needs to open non technical (Global Customer Assistance) support request and ask to check if subscription was assigned to correct Org Id. 

If subscription was incorrectly assigned, GCS can reassign it to correct ORG ID.
