While collecting logs bundle, all clusters are not shown in the TCA-CP under Troubleshooting>>Technical Support Logs.
All clusters are shown as green.

This can be due to temporary connectivity issue. The exact cause is not known.
In case of multiple CPs, please verify that you are checking for the correct CP . In case the checks are correct and still the clusters are not visible, then please open a ticket with Broadcom technical support in order to resolve the issue.
