When troubleshooting NSX Uninstall Process you cannot use the “Force Delete”

Issue/Introduction

• Removing NSX components from a ESXi host and it is placed outside NSX prepared Cluster
• When you are using the “Force Delete” option located here  System → Fabric → Hosts → Other Nodes → REMOVE NSX
  
• The following ERROR is generated "Failed to uninstall the software on host. vLCM remediation was not triggered. Timed out waiting for all the transport nodes in the cluster to get deleted successfully. Fix the issue and retry the cluster level action"  Also you cannot click on the RESOLVE button as it is grayed out  
   

Cause

There are stale entries for the  transport nodes
