An administrator while checking vSphere-> Administrator--> License--> Select SRM -->Assets-->Solutions the license usage capacity shows more than the actual VM license usage and throws error "The license capacity is insufficient."

To remediate the issue, please follow the below steps :
Step 1 : Remove the SRM license from protected and recovery vCenter.
Step 2 : Performed re-configure operation of both the SRM appliance.
Step 3 : Assign the SRM license in both protected and recovery vCenter.
Step 4 : Perform reconnect operation
