Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create automation bewteen ServiceNow <> Jira
  2. Do Entity mapping. In this case Demands <> Task
  3. Do the field mapping with Reference field like below.
    1. Ex  Department^^^name -> Customfield1
    2. Department^^^dept_head -> Customfield2
  4. Save the automation and sync the Demand from ServiceNow to Jira

 

Expected Result:
Selected Department Name value would populated in Customfield1 and Deparment Head value would populate in Customfield2 in Jira.

 

Actual Result:
Both reference fields captures the same value(the first field mapped) from ServiceNow and populate in respective Jira field.
