Error LCMVRAVACONFIG590003 During 'Create Snapshot' operations from Aria Suite LCM

Issue/Introduction

• The following error is seen inside the Aria Suite LCM GUI for when performing a day 2 actions on an Aria Automation environment ( such as Snapshots )

  • Error Code: LCMVRAVACONFIG590003
    

Environment

Aria Suite LCM 8.x

Aria Automation 8.x

 

Cause

NOTE: Look for an exception message that explains the problem and read the message that suggests how to correct the problem inside Aria Suite LCM

 

/var/log/vrlcm/vmware_vrlcm.log

Error Code Format is outlined using syntax  <LCM><PRODUCT><ERRORCODE>

EXAMPLE: LCM <VRAVACONFIG><590003>

Resolution

Click and Review the the 'RETRY' button function, and examine the parameters that show up for the exception message that explains the problem and read the message that suggests how to correct the problem inside Aria Suite LCM.

NOTE: Use the 'RETRY' event to continue the Aria Suite LCM workflow event state. 

For Example:

set the '<parameterName' to '<hostname, true, example_property_value ' and enter a valid data and submit
