You are unable to access the quarantine portal, received error code 500.

This is due to the following selected options in the Client net user quarantine settings :
1 - You are not an Administrator of the Quarantine portal while trying to access.
or
2 - Your Administrator selected the option : Disable access to Symantec Email Quarantine interface for users under Email Quarantine access and Notification Content.
1 - Your Quarantine Administrator must add you as the Quarantine administrator.
or
2 - Uncheck the option Disable access to Symantec Email Quarantine interface for users under Email Quarantine access and Notification Content.
