Unscaled csv export gives unix timestamp

Issue/Introduction

Scaled CSV export gives the timestamps in human readable format.

But

Unscaled CSV export uses a unix timestamp format, which is not useful.

Scaled vs unscaled timestamps dont match.

 This is a known defect

Resolution

This defect is fixed in release 24.3.10
