Log forwarding issue state idle in Aria Operations for Logs

Issue/Introduction

The filter added to the Log Forwarding in Aria Operations for Logs is returning "no results" when clicking on "Run in Explore Logs Page"

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.x

Resolution

The filter should be added with * or ? when needed. This filter engine is only for static fields.
