Issue/Introduction

  • When looking at the deployment's with "Deleted Deployment Only". we do not see the deployment that was deleted recently
  • When filtering for the deleted resource, no result is returned
  • when reviewing infrastructure > Activity > Requests we see a lifecycle activity  against the resource there

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x

Cause

The search in the deployment looks for resources in the deployment or a deployment name.

Resources under a deleted deployment are deleted at the time of deployment delete task and therefore the deployment will not have any resources in it.

The view by default sorts deployment by the most recent "created on" xdays ago. Hence older machine's that was provisioned/onboarded about a year ago do not show up on top of the list although it was recently deleted.

Resolution

in order to view the recent deleted deployments, you may click on "manage columns"  and select "last updated" Colum, sort the list by "last updated" to sort the list by the most recent deployment.
