Issue/Introduction

Enabled Communication Between OI Integration Gateway and Spectrum. In the Integration Gateway log are observing following exception.

[http-nio-8080-exec-2] ERROR c.c.i.s.IntegrationGatewayService - Exception validating gateway connection with URL : https://<spectrum-hostname>:8443/spectrum
org.springframework.web.client.ResourceAccessException: I/O error on GET request for "https://<spectrum-hostname>:8443/spectrum": Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty

Environment

On premise DX Platform 24.1  

Spectrum Version 23.3.13.0.16

Resolution

Java keystore cacerts was recreated as PKCS12

Changed file format (recreated file using keytool -storetype jks parameter) to JKS
