Push enrollment issue in Android device

Issue/Introduction

Push enrollment in Android device resulting into "Unexpected Network Error". This started after a certificate change for the AFM server.

Environment

Product: Strong Authentication

Release : 9.1.#

Cause

The load balancer in front of the AFM server was missing the required Root and Intermediate certificates.

Resolution

After installing the Root and Intermediate certificates on the load balancer, Android device enrollment began functioning correctly.
