SDDC Manager 5.2.1
The inability to apply patches appears related to connectivity issues between SDDC Manager and vCenter.
This can be caused because the vCenter FQDN was changed outside of SDDC manager which is not supported.
Revert the vCenter FQDN to what SDDC manager thinks it is.
Restart the SDDC manager appliance
Retry the plan patching.
