Issue/Introduction

Our Load DWH Full load Job failed with an error - "Could not login to Jaspersoft, domains could not get updated for customizations”

Create and Update Jaspersoft User Job Failed:

com.ca.jasper.restAdapter.JasperException: Unauthorized access to https://example/reportservice with username ppmjasperadmin

Cause

The ppmjasperadmin user was inactive on the Jaspersoft side.

 

Resolution

Please check the extract of following "Two Accounts" in Clarity and as well as in Jaspersoft. 

- username ppmjasperadmin

-- username jasperadmin

If the above users are deactivated in Jaspersoft or in Clarity, please activate them.
