Issue/Introduction
Following error may be seen in the VLCR UI
Error Severity Warning : Target vmname: Description : Failed to snapshot VM 'xxxxxxxx' during stage: performing backup. (null)
Environment
VMware Live Cyber Recovery 7.27.4.1
Cause
CDVX and Connector were unable to communicate to each other. Connector had trouble with backupSectors and DRCMgr timed out from getTaskStatus resulting in it failing the task on its end and DRCMgr severing the connection with VDDKServer. This caused DRCAgent to receive the BROKEN_HANDLE exception that we were seeing in VDDKServer.
Resolution
To remediate the issue, please involve network team.

Open a new SR with GSS support quoting this KB if the issue is not resolved. This is general information that has worked in the past and has been validated by Engineering.
