Issue/Introduction

Disk metrics not showing on the metrics view/page.

This issue is affecting multiple servers so impact is critical to alarm monitoring through UIM OC. 

Environment

  • UIM 23.4 CU3
  • robot v23.4.3
  • cdm probe 7.21 -T2   

Resolution

  1. Customer redeployed cdm probe 7.21 -T2.
  2. Removed device from group where the mcs profile was deployed.
  3. Then added device back into the group.

The issue with Disk metrics not showing was then resolved.
