New UI Totals not working for TSV percentage field

Issue/Introduction

Incorrect totals are displayed in per-periods for TSV percentage type attribute

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a TSV attribute of type Percentage on project object
2. Add some TSV values for the field on any project
3. Create a custom sub-object with master object as Project
4. Crreate a virtual arrtibute on the sub-object created in step3 referencing the attribute created in step1
5. Configure the sub-object as module on the project blueprint
6. Configure the view options to display totals row for TSV field on master object and sub-object

Expected Results:
The Totals are displayed for the TSV Percentage field on the master object and sub-object

Actual Results:
The Totals row is zero for TSV percentage field on master object (Project) and Sub-object.

Cause

Due to DE170176

Resolution

Engineering has reviewed DE170176 and confirmed that it working as per design. New UI does not allow aggregations for TSVs using Percent.
