Windows APMIA version 25.4.1.11 getting error

Issue/Introduction
Tried upgrading Windows APMIA version to 25.4.1.11 from 24.4.2.8. However, getting below error using 25.4.1.11 but not in 24.4.2.8
"Could not find Java virtual machine to load you may need to reinstall a supported java virtual machine".
Resolution
Issue found while working on feature F153700. Please try 25.4.2 and later for the fix.
