Issue/Introduction

Subscriptions under an Azure Plan are not associated with their customer for a CSP (Azure - Cloud Solution Provider) account. 

Environment

Cloudhealth Partner
Azure Subscription managed under an Azure Plan by a Microsoft CSP - Certified Solution Provider

Cause

The Microsoft API used by Cloudhealth to map Azure Subscriptions to Partner Customers does not make a direct association between these two entities when the Subscription is under an Azure Plan.

Resolution

Cloudhealth is in the process of engineering a fix using other Microsoft Azure API's to indirectly discover and create a mapping.  This work is in process and is expected to be in place with an estimated release of late May, 2025.
