Protection Engine docker image OpenJDK upgrade to 17.0.14

Issue/Introduction

Current Docker image for Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) -  specs:9.2.1.7 is using OpenJDK 17.0.13 which has high level vulnerabilities reported.
There is a need to upgrade OpenJDK to version 17.0.14.

Resolution

SPE docker image has been refreshed with version 9.2.1.9 which contains Java 17.0.14

openjdk version "17.0.14" 2025-01-21 LTS
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (Red_Hat-17.0.14.0.7-1) (build 17.0.14+7-LTS)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (Red_Hat-17.0.14.0.7-1) (build 17.0.14+7-LTS, mixed mode, sharing)

You can either change the tag in values.yaml of existing helm chart or you can choose to re-download the updated helm chart.

Below command can be used to download the refreshed chart:

docker pull specs-docker.packages.broadcom.com/storageprotection/specs:9.2.1.9
