Plugin_metric.cfg has wrong hostname in it

Issue/Introduction

No longer getting metrics from a device that was moved from one virtualization platform to another. As part of this process it was also removed from UIM inventory and allowed to come back in on the new platform.

Environment

Version: 23.4 CU2
Component: mon_config_service

Cause

Decommission of devices on one virtualization platform, moved to another, and rediscovered in some cases with a new IP.

Resolution

CU3 fix:

mcs-23.4.3-3-20250419.014512.zip 

This fix will be incorporated into CU5.
