After Upgrading Databricks agent to V 21.1.2 missing run job tab

Issue/Introduction

After Upgrading the Databrick agent and downloaded the latest version from market place and after the upgrade the RUN job option is missing on the new version.

Steps to reproduce:
a. login to AWI
b. open the databrick agent job which is already avalible on the environment
c. the RUN JOB tab is missing

Below is the missing tab from AWI

Environment

Automation engine  on version 21.0.x and V 24.x
Databrick agent version: 21.1.2
