License status is displayed as:

License is overused since it currently has ... members which exceeds capacity

Environment

Aria Operations 

Resolution

License used should be for the product version you are using and you should remove any old licenses used in past as this can cause this kind of error.

Please make sure you have correct licenses assigned to your environment, remove old licenses after upgrade.

Please make sure the license in Broadcom portal is for the version of application you have. If not, you must upgrade the license as the version mentioned on the license has to match version mentioned in portal.
