Restored Items not appears in Related Artifacts section in ConnectALL when filtered for All Restored Items

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create automation between two Rally instances
2. Setup Orphan Strategy.
3. Run the automation to sync the records.
4. Run Orphan

 

Expected Results: 

All the records qualifying Orphan/Restored strategy should be Orphaned/Restored.

 

Actual Results: 

Some records which should have been Orphaned and Restored are not being shown in restored items.
