Opening console view via vCenter shows the wrong Aria Suite Lifecycle version

Issue/Introduction

When opening the Web Console in vCenter for the Aria Suite Lifecycle VM, the version of Aria Suite Lifecycle does not match the appliance.

Environment

Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.x

Cause

This is a known issue, and it was resolved in 8.12 Patch 2.
For more information, please see the KB "After upgrading from 8.12 to 8.14 (or higher), the Build and Version numbers are not updated"

 

Resolution

Upgrading Aria Suite Lifecycle to 8.14 support pack 10 will also resolve the issue.
