Organization name not readable in Apps Manager due to missing colour contrast to the background

Issue/Introduction

Organization name configured in Tanzu Platform for Cloud Foundry (formerly known as TAS) -> Custom Branding -> Organization name and diplayed in the top left corning in Apps Managers is not readable due to missing colour contrast to the background. 

Environment

Tanzu Platform for Cloud Foundry (formerly known as TAS) 4.0.35, 6.0.15 and 10.0.5

Resolution

Upgrading to Tanzu Platform for Cloud Foundry (formerly known as TAS) 4.0.36, 6.0.16 and 10.0.6 will solve the issue.
