TCA "Virtual Infrastructure" greyed out

Issue/Introduction

• After the initial deployment of TCA, the "Virtual Infrastructure" is greyed out even though license is applied.

Environment

• TCA version : 2.x, 3.x 

Cause

• This is an expected behaviour for users with insufficient privileges. 

Resolution

• TCA users need vCenter administrative privileges to access the Virtual Infrastructure. 
• Assign a role with administrator privileges to the User.
