DX OI Monitored inventory keeps de-populating

Issue/Introduction

Monitored inventory from the publisher keep de-populating after being populated by the Spectrum Data Publishers.  Multiple Theaters have gotten their inventory showing initially with some troubleshooting, but the inventory keeps de-populating.  Currently inventory went from 14000+ to 127.

Resolution

One of the data publishers was still set to reconcile causing the inventory to disappear until the full sync was kicked in for the other publishers.

Need to set EnableReconcilation property to false.

 

Under TasConfiguration section

<!-- Clears the stale inventory in DOI during service startup. -->
<EnableReconcilation>false</EnableReconcilation>

Setting EnableReconcilation to true deletes the inventory sent by other SDPs to DX OI during this SDP's startup.
