New Rally User receiving a 401 HTTP ERROR and are not able to login Via AuthHub SSO

Issue/Introduction

The admin created a new user, but when they attempt to login they get a 401 error. When checking the user ID in Rally, it exists; however, when checking the Authhub Admin console, the User doesn't exist.

Cause

When checking the SAML that is being sent, the user ID doesn't match the one for the user in Rally. This causes an error and prevents the user from being created in Authhub

Resolution

The ID sent in the SAML response needs to match the Rally username.
