Issue/Introduction

When trying to configure VLSR there is the following error:

ERROR
The operation failed. A general system error occurred: N7Vmacore9ExceptionE com.vmware.vapi.std.errors.internal_server_error.

Environment

VMWare Live Site Recovery 9.0.2 

Cause

This issue is caused by problems inside the vCenter server such as duplicate service ID's, stale service ID's as well as issues with duplicate PSC endpioints.

Resolution

Work with the VMware vCenter Support to clean all the issues inside the vCenter server. This will allow the VLSR appliance to configure with no issues.
