After having upgraded a NetMaster 12.2 region to 13.0, all the NCL procs triggered via OPS/MVS that are issuing SYSCMD commands are no longer working, getting the following error:

is the ESM userid of the OPS/MVS task. This userid is not defined in UAMS.
Before the upgrade, the same NCL worked fine:

is one of the default userids of each NetMaster region defined in UAMS. user02
NetMaster 13.0 and above
SYSCONxx Console Management Parameters removed on NetMaster 13.0, see Obsolete Features.
On 12.2, the SYSCONUI parameter was set to user02.
