Capturing location Ids for ASM Stations

Issue/Introduction

How to capture location ids for each ASM station. This will be handy for us to segregate monitors though ASM API running from a specific location.

Resolution

Perform the following steps.

1) Start by using the API: https://api.asm.saas.broadcom.com/v3/#/stations/stations-list:

2) Create an API token in UI: share access -> API tokens,

3) Authorize the query with the generated apiToken,

4) Then get a list of all the stations.

5. You may use some other tool to query the list and return specific station ids and locations.

 

Notes:

1. The list returned includes OPMS ids/locations.
