Issue/Introduction

Customers who acquired edges 4100 or 5100 are unable to activate the boxes due to the edge unable to software upgrade.

Environment

Environments with 4100 boxes or 5100 boxes.

Cause

4100 edges support software versions starting 6.1 and above, anything lower will not be supported while edge 5100 is supported starting 6.2

Resolution

Customer should assign software version 6.1 or higher to 4100 boxes and 6.2 or higher to 5100 boxes.
