Intertest CICS upgrade from TS 5.5 to TS 6.1 fails with message CAIN3703.

Issue/Introduction
After upgrading Intertest CICS from CICS TS 5.5 to TS 6.1, Intertest fails at PLT time with the following messages:
CAIN3703 IN25PLT FAILED TO FIND IN25PGM2
Enable of global user exit XPCFTCH has failed.

Cause
The wrong Intertest CICS RDO entries were being used in CICS 6.1. The CICS TS 6.1 region was using the Intertest CICS 5.5 RDO entries located in PDS member HLQ.CAVHJCL(CSDINT72).
Resolution
Migrate the Intertest CICS 6.1 RDO entries located in installation PDS HLQ.CAVHJCL(CSDINT74) to the CICS DFHCSD file. The CSDINT member in PDS HLQ.CAVHJCL can be used to add the CICS resource definitions for the Intertest CICS programs, files, and transactions.
