PAMSC Compatibility With 5.4.17-2136.336.5.3.2.el8uek Exadata Kernel and Secure Boot

Issue/Introduction

Exadata servers will be upgraded to the 5.4.17-2136.336.5.3.2.el8uek kernel soon, will the PAMSC agent be able to support the new kernel and Secure Boot?

PAM Server Control 14.1

Resolution

Our certification team has tested PAMSC 14.1 CP7 with secure boot and the Exadata patch level and confirmed it will run. CP7 will be released by the end of May 2025 and can be downloaded from the PAMSC Compatibility Matrix once available.
