Issue/Introduction

In DX SaaS Maintenace Window is not disappearing after date is passed for maintenance

Please check below screen shot, It was maintenance window set from 16 Feb to 15 Mar.

But it did not disappear on 16 Mar.

The other window that are set on one day basis those are disappearing once their timeframe is done.

But the weekly window looks to have issue.

It happened earlier twice with weekly window but I deleted them myself as their timeframe was done.

This time I am opening case.  Can you check what is wrong with weekly window.

Resolution

Remove the weeks as it is not needed.  The duration part already knows you're going to span weeks.  Otherwise what will happen here is it will be deleted 27 days after the schedule ends.  Reason is it is factoring in that you are running this weekly.

 

If you create it like this, then the window will be deleted after 02:48 PM May 16th.  

Additional Information

User needs to have a maintenance window every month, however the windows may span across the month.  Since the user does not need a weekly window, they will need to set each window manually as our weekly and monthly recurring windows do not span calendar months.
