Jaspersoft OOTB Reports are blank for newly added users

Issue/Introduction

Upon adding a few new users with Advanced Reporting permissions, they are able to run the reports, the reports are coming up blank. 

Environment

Any Supported Clarity Releases

Cause

Not all required jobs have run

Resolution

Make sure you run the below jobs after adding more users to be able to run Clarity reports:

• Create and Update Jaspersoft Users
• Synchronize Jaspersoft Roles job if the 'Allow Jaspersoft Role Synchronization' field in System Options is selected
• Load Data Warehouse 
• Load Data Warehouse - Access Rights 

We recommend to schedule the jobs accordingly to how often new users are added and updated in Clarity
