Issue/Introduction

Notification errand fails, it tries to download Go from https://proxy.golang.org.

In an internet restricted environment, this will be blocked but it should not be trying to download any components from external sites.

Environment

TPCF v4.0.35, v6.0.15 and v10.0.5 

Cause

Known issue in Notification UI v55.0.0 which is included in TPCF v4.0.35, v6.0.15 and v10.0.5

Resolution

Resolved in v4.0.36, v6.0.16 and v10.0.6

As a workaround, disable the Notification errand in TPCF tile to prevent upgrade to Notification UI v55.0.0.
