NEW Service engine Group upgrade status in UNKNOWN state

Issue/Introduction

In AVI Load Balancer UI Upgrade status of New Service Engine groups created after upgrading to 30.x version and 31.x version are in UNKNOWN state.

Environment

AVI Load Balancer Version: 30.x and 31.x

Cause

After upgrading AVI Load balancer from 22.x version to 30.x or 31.x version, Upgrade status of New SE groups created are in UNKNOWN state in UI.

This is issue on the AVI Load Balancer UI only. It won't impact any traffic or other normal operations on the Service engine.

AVI Load balancer CLI is showing the right upgrade status of SE group.

 

Resolution

This is a cosmetic issue, it will not have any impact on the normal operations.

Upgrade status of this Newly created SE group will get rectified automatically on the AVI load balancer UI after further upgrade on the setup.
