Issue/Introduction

Downloading a PTF that was previously downloaded will not replace the original copy in the MSM Software Catalog. MSM will check for the presence of the PTF and not replace it if it is found on the database. Test PTF numbers may be reused until they become published. Published PTFs will not be updated rather new PTF numbers would be issued.

First delete the test PTF from the Software Catalog by clicking on the release of the product to display the PTF's. Click the actions button to the right of the PTF then click delete. Next perform an Update Catalog Release or Add External Maintenance to retrieve the latest copy of the test PTF.
