Issue/Introduction

In the project, idea and custom investment grid view the button 'New from template' disappears when using the group by function for any field. 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to New UI
  2. Access Projects menu -> Grid view
  3. Verify that New from Template button is visible
  4. Drag any field onto group by section
  5. Refresh the page


Expected Results:
New from Template button is still visible

Actual Results:
New from Template button is not visible

Workaround:
This happens the very first time you refresh a grid where view has a Group By enabled.  
If you select another saved view and come back then the 'New from Template' button displays
