Issue/Introduction

The install was successful but the service start up fails on the NASS test

Spectrum   : SUCCESS
TAS        : SUCCESS
NASS       : FAILED
Jarvis     : SUCCESS
OIUrl      : SUCCESS
Validation failed, please check logs for errors.
service is not started, check logs for more details.

Resolution

Work around the NASS connection upgrade/failure issue by disabling that requirement in the Spectrum Data Publisher.
