The service Nolio Release Automation Server Watchdog failed to start after cumulative patch

Issue/Introduction

Since the upgrade from version 6.9.0 to cumulative patch version 6.9.1 on NES, the service Nolio Release Automation Server Watchdog failed to start. 

Environment

CA Release Automation Execution Server - version 6.9.1

Resolution

There is a nolio_server_watchdog.vmoptions file in the NES's parent folder <RA_HOME> (e.g.: C:\Program Files\CA\ReleaseAutomationServer\). 

Add the following line in the end:

-classpath ./watchdog/watchdogsvc-6.9.0.jar

After this line is added start the watch dog service.
