We have encountered a few instances of CDD SAAS are getting flooded with APM alerts and causing service interruptions. Is there a way on either the DX / APM or CDD side to enable throttling of alerts / releases?
1) The recommendation is to utilize policies over direct notifications from APM alerts. yet you seem to both enabled. Please choose only one.
2) Set your policy to ONLY trigger on 'new' events
3) Considering taking advantage of custom situations
Custom situations would suppress the flood of alarms but the user has to accept a delay in the notification process.
