"DRAS Login Server Option" is missing after upgrade from a lower build with OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

After an upgrade from version 216 to version 247,  the build is applied but the "DRAS Login Server Option" is missing. This is the DRAS Drop down menu. After a rollback to the previous build, everything works fine. The upgrade on an other instance of Web Viewer with DRAS option works OK..

OM Web Viewer 12.1

Cause

This can happen when Web Viewer is upgraded from a much older Build.

Resolution

Workaround:

Edit the database:

 Modify the column on the DB to have the section in bold below. The helpURL should be set to the value appropriate for your company.  And AuditLogDirectory can be set to either `Default` or any path you prefer.

A permanent fix will be included in a future build.
