UTF-8 error message after usage of umlauts on a READ statement

Issue/Introduction

Job fails with FAULT_OTHER and we received the error message:

U00016006 Laufzeitfehler in Objekt '<JOB>' Zeile '00034': Ungültiger UTF-8 String

This was created by this script line:

:READ &VARA#,"&ACTIVE#,&INACTIVE#","xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxäxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx):",&INACTIVE#

After changing this to

:READ &VARA#,"&ACTIVE#,&INACTIVE#","xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxäexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx):",&INACTIVE#

...everything runs normally.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
