Issue/Introduction

After OS patching not able to start the uc4. Inspite starting mutiple times not able to login using AWI

Environment

Automation Engine 21.x

Cause

We were able to Start the JCP JWP REST and the Linux agents manually as root.

We tried to mimic the issue by starting the JWP process as uc4 user and got the error in the nohup.out

nohup.out showed the following error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: Error initializing storage.

Caused by: java.io.IOException: Unable to create lock manager.
