GetQuestions method not working after upgrading to Strong Authentication 9.1.5.1

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Strong Authentication from 9.1 SP4 to 9.1.5.1, GetQuestions API is failing with the response: "Validation constraint violation: namespace error in element 'soap:Envelope' ".

 

In SP4, the response specifies 6.0 WSDL, XSD, and messages, whereas in SP5 it specifies 7.0.

Resolution

Our recommendation is to apply the patch Symantec-AdvAuth-9.1.5.1-DE632292-DevFix_Windows/Symantec-AdvAuth-9.1.5.1-DE635320-HotFix_RHEL to resolve this issue. The patch can be downloaded from the KB article as well.
