Application on localhost is not bypassed

Issue/Introduction

Application working on localhost needs to be bypassed from proxy as it is failing to connect. The following error is shown:
"...Access to <span id='url-address'>"127.0.0.1"</span> is not allowed through this proxy."

Localhost was already configured in the ATM () but the traffic is still being passed via Cloud SWG tunnel

Environment

WSS Agent (Cloud SWG)

Cause

Unusual system variables were configured for http://ep.threatpulse.com:80

Due to that, the agent is intercepting any and all traffic, including localhost, if there is a proxy configured. This way it sends the intercepted traffic as rule #3. Application bypass comes after - in rule #5 (https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/symantec-security-software/web-and-network-security/cloud-swg/help/conn-about-wssa/about-atm/agent-routing-log-atm.html).

Resolution

Remove the system variables related to http://ep.threatpulse.net:80
